Description of Services We Are Selling
We provide website design services typically for home service contractors. One of our most popular sites is for custom home builders and is a similar version of CorriganHomes.com, ReaganHomes.com, RichardTylerHomes.com or WalshDesignBuildFl.com. You will notice these sites are very similar with the exception of some minor modifications based on geographically where the contractor is located.

Typically our website are $2,500 to $15,000 up front depending on how much customization is needed and then $250/mo. This includes the use of our content. We always quote your website price in advance prior to commencing work.

Typically our website take between 14 and 30 days to build. Our terms are usually 50% deposit and 50% upon launch of the site per the client's approval. The $250/mo starts when the site goes live.

We do NOT sell physical goods.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at anytime by simply emailing info@LeadsManagerApp.com or calling (860) 631-4570. We will pause and stop all future payments at the time of cancellation and take your website down. You will no longer be able to use our content upon cancellation.

Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on the upfront portion of the website prior to going live. If for any reason you wish to NOT go live with your new website and you want your money back, simply email info@LeadsManagerApp.com or call (860) 631-4570 to request a refund. Upon refund you will no longer be able to use our content.

There are no refunds on the monthly $250/mo but we will pause and stop future payments upon cancellation.

Delivery Policy, Return Policy, Legal or Export Restrictions
Not applicable since we do NOT sell physical goods.
